• Processing Time:
  All orders are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipping.

• Shipping Time:
  Standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

• Shipping Confirmation:
  Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• Rush Orders:
  Rush production and shipping may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing a rush order to confirm availability.

• Incorrect Address:
  Please double-check your shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

• All Sales Are Final:
  Because each product is custom-made, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

• If There’s a Problem:
  If your item arrives damaged or there’s an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

• Our Commitment:
  If the mistake is ours, we’ll happily correct it — either by replacing the item or offering store credit.

• Handmade Disclaimer:
  Minor differences are natural in handmade products and part of what makes each piece unique!
